Dr. Nastassia Tate
Dr. Nastassia Tate is a lover of people, an advocate for women’s health care and a child of God. She received her medical degree at the University of the West Indies, where she further obtained her post-graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
“ Obs and Gynae to me represent the heart of the society…the journey of bringing life to this world is sometimes challenging, but it is always something very special. Caring for women through their different stages of life is more than treating a medical ailment, but an opportunity to empower, support and forge a lifelong relationship. Being a part of that never gets dull and underscores the reason I chose medicine in the first place.”
Outside of medicine, Dr. Tate enjoys any combination of “sand, sea, and sun”, as well as, experiencing different cultures and cuisines. She dabbles in event planning and lives by the quote “ the meaning of life is to give life meaning.”
